My Bike trip experience of kalsubai peak.
Day 1: Arrival in Bari Village
Sunset view at Peak. |
At the foot of the Kalsubai Mountain, in the base settlement of Bari, I arrived. Bari, a small village in Maharashtra, India's Western Ghats, is a well-liked starting place for the Kalsubai trk.
I arrived and checked in to a neighbourhood homestay before getting ready. The owner was really warm and welcoming, and the homestay was simple yet pleasant.
I spent the evening wandering the village and interacting with the locals. I made a lot of new friends and learnt a lot about the villagers' way of life and culture.
Day 2: Trek to Kalsubai Temple and Summit
After having breakfast, I started my trek from Bari to the Kalsubai Temple, which is located at the base of the peak. The trek to the temple was easy and took me around 30 minutes.
From the temple, I began the ascent to the summit of Kalsubai Peak. The trek was challenging and required a lot of physical effort, but the breathtaking views along the way kept me motivated.
During the trek, I crossed several water streams and encountered several wildlife, including monkeys and birds. The dense forests and rocky terrain made for a unique and exciting trekking experience.
After around 5-6 hours of trekking, I finally reached the summit of Kalsubai Peak. The views from the top were simply stunning, and I spent some time exploring the area and taking in the panoramic views of the Western Ghats.

Leaving the kalsubai After rememberable trip:-
After having breakfast, I started my descent back to the base village of Bari. The descent was relatively easier than the ascent, but it still required caution and care.
Upon reaching the base village, I had lunch at a local restaurant and then took a taxi back to Mumbai.
